Dashboard IDC LAN
The Integrated Data Center (IDC) Dashboard LAN serves as a comprehensive hub of diverse data visualizations, encompassing both public and internal analytics for the National Institute of Public Administration. This platform is seamlessly connected to the databases of multiple applications, enabling real-time insights and fostering data-driven decision-making. By integrating advanced analytics and visualization tools, the dashboard empowers stakeholders to explore, interpret, and act on critical information with ease and efficiency.

Databot and Infobot LAN (Simple RAG AI Chatbot)
Databot is an AI-powered chatbot that converts natural language into SQL queries. It allows users to access and visualize data quickly without needing to understand SQL syntax. This tool helps bridge the gap between non-technical users and complex datasets. Infobot, on the other hand, is an information assistant trained using a RAG approach. It answers user questions based on a curated set of documents stored in a Qdrant vector database. Both chatbots are built using Chainlit, a Python-based framework that supports interactive AI applications.

An Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform Policy Implementation
This study evaluates the implementation of bureaucratic reform policies in Indonesia by analyzing data collected from a national survey involving civil servants (ASN) from both central and local government institutions. The survey aims to capture the perceptions and experiences of ASN regarding the progress, challenges, and outcomes of bureaucratic reform efforts in their respective institutions. Through data processing and analysis, this research provides evidence-based insights to support the refinement and acceleration of reform implementation across the country.

Indonesia Leadership Outlook 2025
The Indonesia Leadership Outlook 2025 is a strategic study designed to provide insights into leadership trends in Indonesia, both in the public and private sectors. This study aims to identify the key challenges leaders will face in 2025 and the strategies they can use to address them. The research is based on a methodology that combines primary data analysis from the 2024 Leadership Survey and secondary data gathered from various national and international reports. The survey involved 4,602 respondents from different leadership levels in Indonesia, offering a comprehensive overview of the future state of leadership.

INOLAND is an information website for the Innovation Laboratory, which also serves as an integration system to strengthen innovation capacity, consisting of various advocacy programs for innovation learning. INOLAND also features a website equipped with data visualization of innovation ideas across Indonesia, serving as the locus of innovation laboratories based on spatial map charts.

Worker Wellbeing Dashboard (PekerjaSejahtera)
As someone who has just entered the workforce, we may all experience confusion starting from which area we will work in, how much wages we will earn, and whether the income will be sufficient for daily needs. This dashboard aims to assist workers in choosing a workplace based on several variables such as income and expenses. These factors make the Prosperous Worker Dashboard very important and relevant due to the highly competitive job market, where workers need careful planning, including considering their welfare based on the choices they have made.
